MobileSenegal targets developers and mobile enthusiasts in Senegal. Established in 2008, its mission is to disseminate the use of mobile technology through bootcamps, courses, trainings, and competitions. More than 250 participants went through bootcamps and competitions organized by MobileSenegal to date. MobileSenegal launched two meetup groups called Mobile Innovations in Dakar [http://www.meetup.com/mobileinnovationsdakar] (300 members) and Thies [http://www.meetup.com/mobileinnovationsthies] (100 members).
